How to Order
Payment Methods, Processing, Shipping & Handling, Insurance, and Returns


TO ORDER Add items to your SHOPPING CART and when you're ready, click the check out button.  You will be directed to a secure link powered by VeriSign.

When checking out...click on "PAY WITH PAYPAL" until you are transferred to PAYPAL and then EITHER choose "Don't have a Paypal Account" in order to pay with your  VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS Cards; OR to use your PAYPAL Account, log into your Paypal Acount.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to use your credit card.  YOU MUST ENTER YOUR BILLING ADDRESS & SHIPPING ADDRESS WHEN CHOOSING YOUR PAYMENT METHOD.  Also include your phone number and e-mail address.

YOUR FINAL STEP AFTER REACHING THE PAYPAL SITE IS AND CHOOSING YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT, CLICK:  "PAY NOW" and then you will be returned to our website.  If you are not returned to our website, you did not click the final step "PAY NOW" and the transaction will not go through.
We gladly accept e-mail orders (sales@chicss.com), faxed orders (1-615-366-6783) and phone orders (1-615-290-5422)., HOWEVER, we do not accept your credit card over the phone, nor by e-mail nor fax....we will E-mail you an Invoice via Paypal where you can pay with your Paypal Account or as a "Don't have a PayPal Account" using your Credit Card.

****If you prefer to be invoiced without going through check out, please e-mail us at: sales@chicss.com with the item number, quanitity, size or length (if applicable) and color (if applicable) you would like to purchase and PayPal will send you an invoice via e-mail where you will be directed to a secure check out site.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this service.


 *We, the Merchant, never see your credit card information when you order online or use the above e-mail method!


PAYMENT METHODS (available at check-out): 


1.  We gladly accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or PAYPAL   You must enter your Billing Address and Shipping Address when finalizing the payment method you choose!  Also include your phone number and e-mail address!

2.     Email your order to sales@chicss.com and we will send you an invoice via e-mail by Paypal where you can choose to pay with Paypal or choose pay with your credit card as a "Guest of Paypal".

3.     Fax your order to 1-615-366-6783 (we will e-mail you an invoice via PayPal where you can pay with either your Credit Card or your PayPal Account....don't forget to include your e-mail address)

4.     Telephone your order  to 1-615-290-5422 (we cannot take credit cards over the telephone....we will e-mail you an invoice via PayPal where you can pay with either your Credit Card or your PayPal Account.)

ORDER PROCESSING:  Once we have been notified that your payment has cleared, we will begin to process your order.  "In Stock" Item Processing takes between 1 to 3 business days before your order is shipped.   "SPECIAL ORDER" Item processing takes between 5 to 15 business days before  your order is shipped.  You will be notified by e-mail once your order ships with a tracking number for you to follow.

SPECIAL ORDERS:  Items shown as "SPECIAL ORDER"  OR  an Asterisk ( **  in the description) require processing time between 5 to 15 business days before your order is shipped. 

  • Expect delivery in approximately 2-6 weeks as indicated on each item.  You will be notified by e-mail once your order ships with a tracking number for you to follow.
  • Some SPECIAL ORDERS that are Handmade or Custom Made for you may take longer before being shipped.

SALES TAX:  Residents of Tennessee are subject to 9.25% Sales Tax.

SHIPPING, HANDLING & INSURANCE:  We will notify you by e-mail when your order has shipped and provide you with a Tracking Number.  A Handling Fee of $2.50 will be added to your final shipping charge for each total order.  We've added new options for shipping (USPS, FED-EX, or UPS)!  Buyer pays shipping, handling, signature authorization, duty and/or customs (if applicable) and insurance.    Now offering Domestic and International Shipping.

RETURNS:  Your satisfaction is our guarantee!  Within 10 days of receiving your delivery, if you are not completely satisfied with your items, contact us via e-mail:  sales@chicss.com or phone us at 1-615-290-5422 for return instructions.  PLEASE REVIEW OUR RETURN POLICY UPON CHECK-OUT.  Instructions for returning any items will also be included in your shipment.  We do not refund shipping, handling and insurance costs for the original order nor shipping, handling and insurance costs for any returned items.  We do not refund items damaged by you or used by you.  Items must be returned in their orginal packaging, unopened and not used or damaged by you.


PACKAGING:  All items are shipped in plastic bags and bubble wrap for protection.  We suggest you keep your Sterling Silver Jewelry in Zip Lock Bags with the air pressed out for preventing tarnish.
